Excellent professional headset with 1/4” TRS and XLRM connectors
Good value. Reliable. Flip-to-mute mic works well. There is a small indent in the flip path to let you know whether you’re on or off. I boost the mic 30 db. Headphones and mic terminate with 1/4” TRS and XLRM connectors respectively. No adapters needed.

Great
This is very nice product. I had before the non mic version of this and was impressed so I had to try the one with the mic. Voice comes in very clear when streaming or broadcasting. The audio is on point of sound rich and clear as well to. The cord came get in the way at time but you get uses to it and find a way to keep it out of your way after awhile of owning it. Only draw back is depending what you uses for recording or living streaming ext. is that the mic picks up everything in the background. This a give though since the type of mic it has. Overall its very well built.

This headset is AMAZING.
Coming from someone who has owned at least 50 different mics in their career, this is amazing for what you get. No "gaming" headset will ever come close to the sound quality of the mic on this headset. Since this is just an m50x, i wont talk about the sound quality as you can find a hundred thousand reviews of that anywhere, but the MIC on this is amazing. is it neumann quality? no. but it is 1000x better than any other headset mic out there. i have this plugged into my audio interface with onboard DSP effects and it works so well with any EQ or compression. the ONLY thing i dont like is that it doesnt come with a windscreen, which i had to purchase separately. this will pick up any wind or breathing without a windscreen.

Fantastic
I have been using these to stream on twitch and the sound is really good and the microphone blew me away. The microphone is very clear. Very crisp and doesn't need a lot of eq'ing to sound good. It has a very natural tone. Wish I would of got them sooner.

Disconnected Mic hot wire
I purchased an Audio Technica ATH-M50xSTS about 2 years ago. In its usage duration, I thought the product just had some static distortion on the mic, but it turns out the XLR's hot mic wire was **cut** and disconnected from the circuit board inside the headset. I don't know how the product was soldered, but the defect was discovered 2 years after purchase. No wonder the mic is so noisy. I am very disappointed in quality control of the headset.

Best headphones I've ever own'd
Compared to $70 headphones I had these sound a lot cleaner. Voice stays clear in music and when other sounds are playing. Unlike my old headphones. The XLR mic isn't the easiest to work with if your not knowledgeable about it, still working on getting it to work with my setup. I'm using a AE-5 sound card set to 32 bit 192kHz output. For a more painless solution use a audio interface that has XLR built in or a AE-9 creative sound card has XLR built in. If you don't need the mic buy the headphones that don't have it.update: I'm now using it with a scarlette solo usb audio interface at 192kHz 24 bit (max settings on it). Gets rid of the emf noise I was getting with my sound card as it converts the mic to digital before it gets sent to the pc.
