Good for wrist position but takes time to get habitual to new shape.

Quality issue
After a year the mouse stopped working. It began with feeling "sticky" at button-press, then finally gave up the ghost. Ergonomically, it was ok for large hands, but don't expect it to last.

Don’t buy this mouse
Hardware of mouse is broken and does not function properly. When drag and dropping files errors occur and all windows close. Very disappointed in the quality and return policy.
