I purchased the folding bar and have used it for more than a year. It is pretty reliable.

Like: Size and appearance. Easy installation with the right equipment - Concrete bit and hammer drill. Dislike: Nothing.

I loved it at first! It's a great idea, however, it supposed to be durable enough to get run over by a car. The metal top gets bent too easily and can be removed without the key. I've taken it off and had to straight it several times. After using it for a couple weeks the remote stop operating it. I thought about trying to return it but it's pretty banged up from being run over a couple times. If you are planning on using this in a fairly busy parking lot, do not get it, it won't last.

The barrier is very very cool going up and down to post access to a space. The feedback I received, however, is the remote with the barrier (even with all new batteries)n is inconsistent with no way to order another to figure how to coordinate another remote, or just manually move. Very cool product that would be great to see in many buildings particularly where you come home and someone is randomly parked in your spot and you have to have them tracked down or ticketed and towed on your time.
