Q: What height are the pigrails

There is a 5" gap underneath the pig rail. The pig rail is 1" thick.

Q: Is it possible to buy extra bits to make it bigger?

We ended up buying the metal ones as the border collie puppies climed over no problem at all

Q: Does the play pen comes with waterproof insert?

It does. But no solid floor. We added a piece of mdf and put the pvc on top of that. Worked perfectly.
