I almost never submit reviews, but this part fit my 2023 Street Glide like they were factory built, so I felt compelled. Delivery was great and fit & finish was spot on. The job requires a set of torx sockets. Other than that, a SAE/Metric socket set, allen set, and some end wrenches is all you will need. The price is 1/6th the cost of factory set. The material is just slightly thinner than the factory part but not by much. Once installed, I was impressed how ridged they felt. I recommend for anyone who is budget conscious and looking for a little extra protection and style for your bags!

This was an exact replacement and they bolted right up with no issues.

The fit was great. I was worried about the product being cheaply made and not lining up well. But welds, brackets, and holes all lined up well. If you are placing this on an 2023 or 2024 CVO, be aware you will need to buy 3/8 bolts to secure bars under seat. Holes are there but kit does not have bolts. Only negative was that the quality of finish was not great! There were deep knicks in the paint to the metal on the bars that are exposed. We have a brand new 2024 in perfect shape with scratched crash bars so I will have to sand and repaint them. I was hoping to pass along great deal on a tutorial on YouTube but unfortunately with the delivery condition, I’m not comfortable. If it was not for that I would have gave 5 stars

Fit perfect and good quality will definitely save your bags in a tip over

First let me start off saying the Seller here on Amazon was great. When I placed the order I received conformation within the 3 hours that the product had shipped. The product show up 5 days earlier then it was scheduled to. The problem wasn’t the seller, but the product itself. The quality was extremely poor and didn’t even fit properly. So I’m going to describe the product in several categories and include pictures. These description and picture are taken within 1 hour of opening the box. 1st the finish: The chrome plating is the worst I’ve ever seen, I have parts custom plated all the time, but this is bad. You clearly can see all the machine marks on the metal through the chrome plating. Each of the chrome plate parts has about 100 imperfections showing in the chrome. The chrome plating is so thin, that it doesn’t even cover the whole part and some areas were missed entirely and have started to rust. The rust is so bad that when I place a borescope inside the part I can see light through the rusted areas. The welding joints on the products are also below standards, even for a part this inexpensive. I have no doubt that the weld joints won’t last more than a year with the vibrations on a Harley Davidson. 2nd the Powder coating: The Powder Coating or lack thereof is also bad. The part isn’t powder coated as most parts are. It’s simply has a very thin coat of semi flat black paint which is also starting to rust even before even installing them on the bike. 3rd Fitment to the bike: The fitment of the chrome part of the guard is not good but can be pulled into place with some manpower while tightening the part down. The fact that the part can be bent by hand to fit the bike says a lot about strength of the metal used to create these parts. 4th Metal thickness: The metal thickness used in these parts is NOT as thick as the Harley Davidson OEM parts. Now this to be expected as the parts don’t cost as much as the OEM, but if you have a custom Haley Davidson order paint as I do, then you don’t want to risk the failure of the saddlebag support tube and damaging your custom paint. Also I have no reason to believe that these guards are going to save the saddlebags if the bike tips over. I believe the metal is to thin and will just crush. So in closing I usually buy aftermarket parts because they are normally just as good or better then their OEM replacement. That said, in this case I was wrong. I will be retuning these guards and spending twice as much for the OEMs which in my opinion are way overpriced as well.

I’m not one to write reviews, but I always look at reviews before a purchase. If you’re in the market like I was for bag guards don’t hesitate to buy these. HD ones are $250. These are $60 to my front door. The fit and finish is awesome, supplied all the bolts and nuts to put these on. Total time 30 mins. Sometimes with off branded stuff you have to “make it work” not these bolt them right on and good to go. These went on a 2020 road glide special.
