I am using Sam-e for over 10 years and I found this brand lately and price and quality is extremely good !!

I have to give this product 5 stars and I almost never review my purchases. I did the research to identify the most potent supplement and it came back loud and clear that BestVite was one of just a couple available on Amazon. You will get your money's worth with this product, it's highly effective even at a low dose and doesn't compare to other Sam-e supplements I've purchased.

I have been taking SAMe since March to treat fibromyalgia. The Bestvite product is excellent. It has given me more energy, and when I am experiencing pain, SAMe will diminish the pain. I take 600 mg. per day. I do keep it refrigerated as instructed on the label. When I am traveling I take SAMe tablets in a blister pack --- Doctor's Best product. The Bestvite SAMe is effective, but because SAMe is not stable, I cannot take it with me when traveling.

Recommended by my veterinarian as a supplemental treatment for life-threatening canine liver issues. The important word there is supplemental; please don't try to treat serious medical problems based on anecdotal evidence of a single drug working as intended. That said, these did work along with prescription medications to treat a severe liver problem in one of my dogs. Blood work slowly returned to normal over a 6-month period and she is now fully recovered. As we tapered off the prescriptions, continued to give SAMe for the last two months (and will continue for a couple more). The "enteric" coating does appear to help with a sensitive stomach - if your dog tends to regurgitate medicines or other things they need to keep down.

Can’t tell a difference after 2 months

We've been treating our French bulldog's Valley Fever (coccidioidomycosis) with fluconazole / di-flucan for over 3 years. For over a year, his liver enzymes have been elevated and rising. We had been supplementing with Jarrow's Milk Thistle, but the liver enzyme counts continues to rise. Our vet recommended we try 200mg SAM-e 1x per day. After ~60 month on the SAM-e, we re-tested for Valley Fever antibodies and liver enzymes. Liver enzymes have gone down... almost back to the high end of the normal range. Best of all the Valley Fever antibody test was also a little lower.Will continue the SAMe and retest in 3-4 months and update this review.

I am a Senior with joint discomfort, and SAMe has significantly reduced my joint pain! As an added benefit, my mood has improved, and anxiety has decreased! My husband has chronic joint and low back pain. He tried SAMe and agrees that he is more comfortable. Due to chronic pain causing moodiness, he reports that SAMe really improves his disposition. We are regular customers now. I am a big believer in natural or homeopathic medication. 👍
