Worked 1st time on steamed barley
Now have loads of Koji Barley from just 1/4 teaspoon of spores- enough to make 2 batches of Chickpea Miso with plenty left to try making Soy Sauce, Kombucha, and a few other things. It’s going to take ages to get through the whole packet!
