Great upgrade, no more boring faucet
I received the faucet with no damage. All parts were in the box (no tools, use your own). It came with simple instructions that had pictures to make it easier to install. Took me a little over an hour because I hate going under the sink. It was easy though. Quality seems great. Easy to swivel or move the faucet/sprayer from side to side or out of the way. Great water pressure. I really like the restaurant look and it easily goes back after you pull the sprayer out. Make sure to install the weight provided at the spot they designated with tape. Simple upgrade at a great price.

Perfection!
Our faucet bit it, so I came on here to find a replacement. For $40, I was expecting okay, instead, I got fantastic. Both our plumber and my husband agree it’s a steal - gorgeous, easy to install and use, and does the job. If you are on the fence, hop off and buy this - it’s worth it!

Beautiful, functional, and installs effortlessly
This was a breeze to install and the brushed nickel looks spectacular in my kitchen. I have had NO problems with the seal or any chipping. For the cost, I am giving this a no-brainer 5 star rating. It would be well worth it at double the price.

Great quality, very easy to install. Word of advice if you have a dual basin sink
UPDATE the next day: I discovered that once you unhook the handheld part from the holder, you can spin the holder back out of the way, and the force of the spring actually aims the water directly at the center of my sink basin! So, problem solved! I think this is actually an easier way to use it as well, as you can just reach up and direct the water around much easier than having to pull it out of the holder first. Even on full blast, the force of the spring keeps it aimed at the center. This is a very nice faucet at an amazing price. I replaced a "Water Ridge" faucet I'd bought from Costco a few years ago, which developed a leak under the sink. I took the opportunity to upgrade to this stylish design. It was super easy to install, and took me more time to remove the old faucet than to install this one. It uses standard 3/8" plumbing connections. The instructions don't have the best English, and one of the steps was already done for me, which was confusing at first. But neither of those is a big deal. The water flow is very good and I think it outputs more volume than my previous one, as I get hot water without waiting as long as with my old one. What I did notice though when rinsing dishes, compared to my old faucet which was a more traditional design, is that when I pivot this faucet over either basin of my dual sink, because of the length of the arm (which is 9 inches according to the diagram), it's not possible to position it in the center of either basin of my sink. Look at the picture of it in my sink to see what I mean. So the best I can do is to position it at a place where I can rinse dishes without bumping into the side of sink or splashing water all over the back of the sink. It's certainly OK, and of course it's not a fault of this faucet. But I would advise anyone who is putting this on a dual sink, to see if a faucet with 9 inches of reach is going to reach the center of your basins. It was not something I though to consider before buying. Next time I will probably look for one with 12 or more inches of reach, if that exists. Even with 9 inches, it still looks fine, and is perfectly usable, just not ideal.

Very happy with installation and overall usability with one exception. See UPDATES.
Please note that for installation you are going to need a good quality basin wrench. If you don't know what that is, have a friend who does install it for you. It's important to get a tight fit so the faucet doesn't swivel. That said, it's been great. Wonderful to be able to rinse pots with a nice, powerful shower of cold or hot water, and to be able to reach every corner of the sink to rinse it thoroughly. Also nice to be able fit, say, a 12-quart stock pot under the faucet for cleaning or filling One notable issue is the screen between the nozzle and supply tube. Where the two thread together is a combination screen and gasket ring. If any particulate matter gets into that screen, the faucet will leak at the junction between the sprayer and the supply tube. Take it apart and carefully remove and clean the screeen. Re-assemble and all will be well until the next time your water system hiccups particulate matter. Having done that quite a few times (well water system without a filter on the main), the little gasket/screen is now pretty damaged. I do susptect that getting a replacement will be a challenge. I will contact the supplier with an inquiry as well as checkiing the local hardware store. I'll update here with results. But... for the price, it's good. You could buy a fancy-#22##d one from Moen with a magnetic connection for around $300, but, other than easy replacement part availabiltiy, why? And we'll see on the part availability issue. Stay tuned. Cheers, -- netizen UPDATE 21 March 2022 10:59 PST Docking one star. Had some issues with the well here and line became contaminated with bits and pieces of the broken pump impellers. Clogged the little filter on top of the spray head and had to clean numerous times. Filter screen washer basically disintegrated. Not surprising, but now I need a new one. Small part. Contacted Owofan and, after about ten days, no response. I guess I'll have to rig something up with a faucet screen and an 'O' ring. I'll update again if Owofan responds. -- netizen 17 August 2023 09:05 PST UPDATE: OK. I found replacement screens available and installed. No problems since, but now the inverted "J" hose has developed a leak after a few years of daily use in a home situationl. Owofan never got back to me on the washers, so I imagine having the hose replaced or gettinng a replacement would not be possible. I've ordered a variation of the original with an extensible hose that was on sale recently to install in place of the original. I do appreciate having this faucet over the fixed-curve faucet that was in the sink. The faucet is very useful and makes doing dishes and cleanup after cooking that much more pleasurable. Despite the limitations, I'm giving back one star because I just like having these faucets in the sink. The price is so reasonable compared to the major brands that I guess a little extra plumbing is worth it. Cheers y'all, -- netizen

Great Upgrade for the Kitchen
Really happy with this faucet. It looks modern, the water pressure is strong, and the pull-down sprayer works smoothly. Installation was straightforward, and it instantly made the sink area look better. Solid quality for the price.

Hands down the BEST quality & priced thing I've ever bought on Amazon!
I installed this faucet 8 months ago. It still looks & functions the same as the day I put it in. For reference, I am a 42 year old house wife, if I can do it, you absolutely can too. This faucet is good quality and the easiest faucet I have ever installed in my kitchen. I guess I'm rough on faucets. After the last 2 broke (both broke where the braided hose connects to the pull down sprayer) that I spent $150+ on at HD, I decided to give this a try. I will never get another faucet from HD again. What a waste of money. This has a good weight to it in your hand, doesn't feel cheap or like it's made of thin breakable plastic. I still can't get over how quick I installed it! The "washer" under the counter where the faucet secures isn't a washer it's more like a tube. A tube long enough to grip with your hand and spin. All my other faucets have been a b*itch bc they have a thin metal washer/nut type of system to secure it and my kitchen sick is deep. It is still secure and tight without any slack 8 months later, did I mention I am rough on faucets? Lol. If it can hold up to my abuse....
