What fabulous customer service. I was contacted in relation to the boots because they were the wrong style advertised. Then I was asked if I wanted to change or cancel my order. I changed the order and they came the next day. Lovely boots. Great padded ankle light weight. Not worn them yet. Great purchase for value

These boots were perfect. Unfortunately they came up a little tight for my partner so we had to return them. Despite the huge delays in sending them back caused by shipments being delayed due to Covid-19, the company refunded them in full. I really can't fault either the product or the service, shame they didn't fit.

These boots will last years high quality and warm and comfortable

With Uggs I know to buy one size up. Fit is perfect. Suppliers we reliable and efficient.

You need a size up from your normal one. Great though.

Belli e molto caldi. Dalle recensioni sembrava calzassero piccolissime ma non è cosi. Forse 1 misura in piu al max, perché io ho il 38 e mezzo e nel 40 che mi e' arrivato sto larga..

Entspricht meinen Erwartungen! Wer zwischen zwei Schuhgrößen steht nimmt besser die Größere.. die Schuhgröße ist sehr knapp die passende..

It is very comfortable and warm, this is my assessment when I got them after I didn’t have them and I was in the snow and then got them and it was no longer snowing so this is for next season. But very comfortable, very warm. But with the wrong socks, can feel snug. But not the too small snug. The snug you know you can wear out of. And for me, it’s only in one foot. So I’m ok with it, because it’s not tight. And over time I’ll out wear the snug. And it will grow out. It’s a good quality and good looking shoe. I got a size 8 1/2 because I’m a size 8 1/2. But if you’re concerned the snug will be too snug. (Don’t think it will but if you are) you can go up a size. But it might be too big over time. Idk. The 8 1/2 is fine for me and I know the slight snug is temporary and not too uncomfortable and the longer I wore the shoes, the less and less I felt it and working a few minutes, it wasn’t there. But to reach their own.
