I couldn’t leave a better review. The seller is amazing! The best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I bought this because they are the only seller with porcelain heads. Without reaching out to them, they on their own read my old review (my piece was chipped) and sent me a new head immediately. I had given up on nectar collectors that held water cause I just didn’t like the way they hit and hadn’t seen any spill proof ones so seeing that this one was spill proof I thought I’d give it one more chance and I’m totally happy with it truly spill sproof and is actually pretty sturdy I’ve dropped it twice now on hard surfaces just not a far fall and it didn’t break definitely worth the money only con I would say is if your a heavy daily smoker it can get clogged up pretty quick

I wanted the titanium tip but found I love the ceramic tip even better. The glass is not too fragile like some other products. The unique no spill design is easy to use. Cleaning is not difficult. Very nice box to keep it all in and well protected.
