Easy Choice and Fast Customer Service
This is a fairly turnkey solution to managing displays and menus. We create our own content and find the XOGO software to work very well and reliably across multiple devices. I had an instance, recently, where I needed to reach out to customer service to replace a missing power cable from a recent order. It was super fast to use their customer site. An agent asked about where to mail the replacement part, and then I received the tracking number and it arrived quickly. Super helpful folks and quick... actual humans too! There are choices, XOGO is a good one.

As a long-time supporter and enthusiast of your products, it pains me to have to share this feedback.I have been an advocate for your brand and have given your products numerous opportunities due to my genuine admiration for their potential. The idea of offering a free service with the Xogo Mini Player was a significant factor in my loyalty towards your company.However, the recent user experience I encountered with the free service has left me disheartened. There is a prominent message displayed on the screen that seems deliberately designed to obstruct the content, creating a frustrating user experience. It appears as if this message is strategically placed to encourage users to upgrade to the paid system. This approach not only diminishes the value of the free service but also leaves a negative impression on loyal customers like me.I have reached out to your company regarding this issue, but unfortunately, I have not received any response or acknowledgment of my concerns. This lack of communication is particularly disappointing, as it goes against the excellent customer service I have come to expect from your brand.I genuinely love your products and want to see your company thrive, but I also believe in the importance of transparency and fair customer treatment. Great system...great company
My XOGO Mini Digital Signage Player has proven itself to be one of the best investments I have made for my company. I tried others, but this unit works right out of the box. Their customer service is amazing and if I have any questions, they are right there to help me through the process. The system is server based and it works anywhere. I own a plaza with restaurants in the Caribbean and I can update my screen quickly and easily from the States. I highly recommend this system and support team if you are interested in boosting your image and your sales.

Great Product - Customer Service Not so much
The product is nice, and the software is easy to use. I like the app option to easily update the digital boards from anywhere. My 2 frustrations, I have not be able to set up the devices to use the WIFI. I am not sure why it will not connect to the wifi in any of our buildings. We have a total of 3 devices in different locations and none of them will work with WIFI set up. I had to have cable ran to each digital board, and the work good with a direct connection.My second frustrations, customer service. I have reach out so many times for support and have not received NONE. They don't provide a phone number to call, only an email.One of the XOGO players has now reset it self back to the original settings and now it will not connect at all.

Easiest Digital Signage Option
This is by far the easiest digital signage option that I have found. Whether it's being installed in your local house of worship or a business across the nation, the slides can be programmed remotely and pushed to the XOGO Mini Digital Signage Player Kit. It has been a great solution for both economical and highly commercialized clients. Also given that it has an app for that, adds icing on the cake!

No customer service, you can't cancel their subscription. Do not buy!
This media player requires a subscription, 20$ a month that is impossible to cancel. The online directions for cancellation of the subscription do not work. I am still paying for a device I haven't used in months. Attempts to contact the company are extremely frustrating. The only way is to go to their website and use their chat service which is not a real person. You can also enter a request but you won't get a reply until a day or two later. I used this method , it took several days for them to tell me that I didn't have an account with them, even though a 20$ automated payment went through a few days later. I think this business may be a fraud. No reputable company makes it this difficult to cancel a service. DO NOT BUY this player!

Exactly what I needed! Highly recommended!
Installed 3 of these wonderful little gadgets, they included easy-to-follow instructions. I was up and running in minutes and now I can remove and add content remotely like a pro from my office on the app! Great for Saftey messages and Covid information and guidelines. A must-have for small and large businesses.No climbing ladders to swap Sd cards and or USB drives, these little devices just work and it's all remotely managed!

the IOS app doesn't work - no support either
The IOS app crashes whenever you try and add a player. Tried the app on 3 different ipads. It says customer service within 24 hours...this is false. I do not recommend buying this.

Good unit so far...
The XOGO box is easy to use and so far so good. I think their instructions and troubleshooting could be better re Bluetooth and wifi; even though it's most likely an issue at my end. The player was delivered without a suitable power point adapter which made it impossible for me to use - however, XOGO contacted me directly, apologized and sent a new one express post.
