The NASAFES Grounding Sheet honestly surprised me in the best way. I was skeptical, but this grounding sheet lowkey changed my sleep. I started sleeping deeper within a few nights and waking up way less groggy. My body feels less tense in the morning, and I’ve noticed a subtle boost in my mood overall. Setup was easy, after watching the YouTube video, you just plug it in, make sure your skin touches it while you sleep, and that’s it. Fabric’s soft, not weird or stiff like I expected. Honestly didn’t expect to love it this much, but I’m not going back. If you’re into wellness and better sleep, this is worth trying.

I’m glad I came across this because I had no idea products like this existed. I’m always looking for ways to get better sleep and this sheet has helped. My son is studying to be a physical therapist, and did a research paper on grounding. The NIH has put out a lot of research -- peer-reviewed journal articles that are fascinating, and we decided to give grounding a try. I purchased this half sheet for my 92-year-old father in law, who has had chronic inflammation in one leg (ankle/calf) for the past 15-20 years. After sleeping on this sheet for a few weeks, his inflammation was completely resolved. The rest of us do not have chronic issues, so it is difficult to state definitively how it has helped us, though we have all noticed that we are sleeping better. I encourage you to review the NIH's literature; it is compelling.

High frequency higher power 5G will cause high static in your home when cell tower transceiver is aimed at your home like ours is aimed at us. It is 1/2 mile away. I have excellent top quality equip. 5G is not a safe technology if you do not mitigate issues inside your home if you notice them. The most obvious is high static discharges which will charge your body up and literally will cause organ failure which the coroner will list as death from natural causes. NOT A JOKE. This is a cheap effective way to discharge & stay cool at night. If you feel prickly heat and it has gotten worse lately. Check to see if 5G went live. This stuff can kill u over time or 1/2 life doses. Radiation is deadly. We all know that. RF is radiation so is sunlight. Too much sun kills u and causes cancer too. Static in high doses will cause cancer and kill you too. Mitigation is required in our home. Not cheap by the way...

Like - Immediately felt more relaxed sleep when used. Easy to setup. Dislike - The resistance of resistor is 170,000 ohms although claimed to be 100,000 ohms, therefore I am not sure if that will reduce its effectiveness.

Sleep has definitely improved since using the grounding sheet;also easy to wash.

We have had our half sheet for 1 1/2 months and the suspender has fallen apart!

This Earthing sheet wont work as it is supposed to. I checked the connectivity of the cord and found it faulty. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.
