If you have entered the season of life where it seems like you are not digesting food properly (especially fats) this could be what you've been looking for. Several years ago I started having trouble with my digestion system. Without giving too much detail, let's just say it moves too fast...the opposite of constipation. Since I have a history of Crohn's Disease, doctors are always quick to suggest a colonoscopy if I haven't' had one in over 5 years. Well, I had one done and it confirmed what I already know, my Crohn's Disease is in full remission and has been for nearly 20 years. They ran numerous blood and stool tests and found nothing...no parasites, no Celiac Disease...nothing. Yet, I continued to have trouble (no pain, just a very fast system) and it seemed as if white meat chicken and rice was the only meal I could handle. With the exception of Panera chicken noodle soup or Chick Fil A chicken noodle soup I was destined to never enjoy a restaurant meal again. No matter how hard I tried to choose a lean meat with acceptable sides, disappointment in my digestion would always take place the following morning. I Googled and Googled over the years and still couldn't find anyone with my exact symptoms. Then one day, a few months ago, I found people on a message board who were raving about Pancreatin 1300. So anxious was I to put this to the test, that I could not even wait for Prime 2-day shipping. My local health food store had it and though it was several dollars more, I raced over and picked up a bottle. The results were amazing. My condition was massively improved within 12-24 hours. I still don't eat extremely fattening foods, but I really never did, short of a decadent dessert/meal here and there. I take one to two capsules a day during my most significant meals. It is not a life saver, per se, but I can attest to these capsules being a "Quality of Life" saver. I have been doing this for a full three months or so and it continues to work.
