En general es una buena proteina. El sabor un 8 de 10. Es un poco dulce. Lo probe por un mes para poder escribir una reseña adecuada. Me gusto bastante. Si me sentia satisfecha por mas tiempo cuando la bebia y me ayudo a llegar a mi porcentaje de proteina diario. Lo cual ayudo mucho a mi perdida de peso. *si no te gusta la bebida muy dulce, talvez debas considerar otro sabor. Pero por lo que he investigado Iso100 es una de mas mejores proteinas y se que tienen mas sabores.

En mi caso la entrega se demoro no mucho mas de un dia, la verdad es que si la mezclas con agua sabe bastante bien y no cae pesada, a comparacion la verdad sabe a frooty loopis esta buena 10 de 10
