Expensive material not cut properly (GOLD & SILVER)
I purchased aug 2024 almost 6months used Only cut gold bar. Many small pieces are drops on floor. Expensive material don't cut properly so please avoid this cutter.

disappointed despite high expectations – Not worth a single penny
I had really high hopes when I bought this product, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. The build quality is poor, it stopped working within a few days, and customer service was completely unhelpful. I tried contacting them multiple times but received only generic responses. I honestly feel like I wasted my money and time. I would not recommend this to anyone.
