I have degenerative disc disease. That affects my body alignment, which, in turn, affects how I climb and descend the stairs as well as how I raise and lower my body from a chair. Osteo Bioflex makes a HUGE difference in the amount of stiffness, aches and pains, and odd crackling noises that accompany said actions. I love the size of the pill because I do not gag on it. It’s actually easy to swallow. I highly recommend this!

This is an excellent product and the results are wonderful. My senior parent's and I at almost 63 year's young all use it. It's a worthy purchase and helps with mobility.

I’ve been taking bio flex for 16 years now helps with my knees. Finally got my wife to start taking them after she started having problems with her knee. She had surgery on back in high school. The smaller tablets are very easy for her to take compared to the standard size. They have really helped the pain in her knee, not as noticeable great product.

Item arrived quickly. We use this daily. The only thing I don't like is the over packaging. Harder to punch out each pill, I would prefer these in a easy to open bottle. The size of this vitamin is easy to swallow.

I like the size of these pills. Expensive and I think Turmeric works just as well.

I like that they are mini-tablets. I do a lot of dancing and these have taken away achy joints.

I have bad knees.. I'm old and haven't took care of them. These pills really do help.
