My TG268 came with firmware version 1.1.0. I was trying to do something in the menu and the screen went white and it stopped responding to buttons. It stayed like that for about 15 minutes. I tried multiple ways to reset it. I held buttons and plugged it in to USB-C power, plugged it into my PC, did combinations of holding buttons and plugging it in and plugging it in and then holding buttons.... The screen just turned off after about 15 minutes while I was googling something. Then it turned back on like nothing had ever gone wrong. I updated to 1.1.2 and I haven't seen this issue come back yet.

I can't really give an honest review. So, I gave it a 3-star review because it was DOA right out of the factory sealed package. So, I returned it and bought a different product.

In my opinion, as a Home Inspector, this is one of the best thermal cameras for the price on the market
