Good albacore in water. Can is kind of small. It flakes well after being drained and is good for salads, sandwiches or even a casserole.

Do you need food? You get this. Buy food while you still can. IYKYK. Do you already buy this in the store, because this is exactly same stuff I buy from store. Starkist is a basic tuna product, with their albacore tuna being a little better than the regular tuna stuff. This isnt high end, but it is doable. I bought this on sale, and I am simply adding it to my working pantry, long term pantry combo. Stack food, get your proteins, stop quibbling. This is fine. Will make a good tuna sandwich or patties or simply direct from can. Buy what you can with money you have. Pricing goes up, availability goes down, or old products are sold (seeing more of that-- this has long shelf life). All cans look good- no dents, dings. PS. 5 ounces is the weight all together. 4 ounces is what is left after draining. Many tuna (and other products) lists this, and so no one should be shocked to see the two numbers listed.

I prefer the solid over chunk because I think there’s less water content (and also texture). Moderate fishy smell, tastes decent. No open here tab so have a can opener. Good quality.
