Perfect half dome roller. I don’t use it as a foam roller but as an elevated surface for Achilles and plantar fasciitis rehab and preventative exercises

Work great for stretching out my hip flexors. I have a plethora of back issues... surgery on my spine 1y ago. I can really feel my hip flexors stretching while using this product. Worth the money. However, for me It does hurt due to the stiffness of the product. To each their own due to Pain tolerance for individuals.
