One of the better pre workouts I’ve had in awhile. It doesn’t have that gross taste, and gives great energy. I love the burning sensation. Will be trying other flavors.

Good flavor, more like sweet tarts imo. Was not as effective as caffeine pre works have been for me, but it definitely helped versus the days I didn't use it.

Best Pre-workout in my opinion. Really gives the boost you need, Coffee & Monsters aren't strong enough for me & i save more money than buying thos everyday😅 I use it for the Gym, Work, School, gaming etc Seriously, its Reliable Energy to go💯💪

I do 2 scoops and its not bad. Pretty good pump. I like it better taking it about 15 minutes before a workout

I’ve tried a lot of pre workout and this is hands down the best one I’ve used. No jitters,no stomach issues. I take this 15-30 minutes before a sparring session and I’m on point every single time. Would highly recommend.

I’ve been using this pre-workout regularly, and I really like it. The non-stim formula works well for pumps, endurance, and focus without caffeine, and it’s usually smooth and easy to mix. However, this time something was different. After only two uses, the powder started turning into hard clumps and small balls instead of staying fine and mixable. I’ve never had this issue before with this product. Everything else seems normal, so I strongly suspect this batch was exposed to heat or improper storage during shipping. Moisture or high temperature can easily cause ingredients like citrulline and creatine to clump. Product performance: When it’s fresh, this pre-workout gives great pumps, solid endurance, and no crash. That’s why I keep buying it. Issue this time: The texture changed very quickly, which affected how well it mixes. Conclusion: I still think this is a great non-stim pre-workout, but this particular container seems to have had a storage or shipping problem. Hopefully this was just a one-off issue.

Great flavor if you like blue razz. I think it's a pretty high stim and I've used lots of different preworkouts over the years. Sometimes I don't even use a full scoop (will use like 3/4) and I feel like it gives me plenty of what I need.

Great product, you know it works when your face starts to tingle.

It is cold and refreshing when mixed with cold water.
