Was not unpleasant to take, it felt soothing going down, but didn't seem to help my heartburn at all.

I have LPR (silent reflux) and I recently read about this product helping to manage the symptoms. I have been using it for about 2 weeks & I have noticed a significant improvement. It does have an odd mouth feel, so swallow it quickly & follow with water, but the taste isn’t bad. Update: I tried a new brand of algenate & the other brand tastes SO much better than this brand.
