Lydia Hess has created a book for whom she calls 'the mystical and magical.' Isn't that a lovely way to see oneself?! The book arrived VERY quickly and in excellent and easy to open packaging. It feels DELIGHTFUL .. a lovely shiny but also kind of earth roughness to the texture of the book cover. She has used stunning colours on the book cover, especially designed to stimulate our sacral chakra (The chakra of creativity) and her magical, symbolic mandalas inside look BEAUTIFUL even just in black and white.... so I can imagine they will look gorgeous after being coloured in.I am SO looking forward, after 46 years, to being a child again. I can't wait to colour this book in and put my mind in a lovely, problem solving, meditative state. This book is a MUST for Christmas. Thanks Lydia. xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
