Worked very well

I bought the twin pack of air tags but unfortunately one of the tags didn't work (the battery connection was broken). I emailed the company the next day and received a response almost immediately saying they would send out a replacement which they did that very same day. The air tags are brilliant I put one in my suitcase and could track it all the way to my destination. I would highly recommend them as they are so easy to set up. It's a very long time since I've had such fantastic customer service from a company, thank you so much

1 des tags n'a jamais pu se connecter à l'application Google "localiser" et l'autre vient de ne plus être localisé et ne sonne plus malgré une pile neuve. Le 1er a été remboursé, maintenant je vais voir comment faire jouer la garantie avec le 2ème.
