商品は良かったが割れてたものの返品対応が悪かった
マグカップはとても可愛くて商品としては満足している。 しかし、2つのうち1つに梱包がされておらず、当然割れていた。 その返品と返金をしてもらったわけだが、その対応が良くなかった。 全額返金したから5つ星を下さいとのことなのでとりあえず押したけど、正直出品者側のミスで割れたものを全額返金して誉めてくれというのはちょっとね、、、と思った。
