This worked with my 43x MOS

I’ve lost considerable strength in my left hand making it difficult for me to cycle my G43X because of the slide thickness (or lack of). My HK has a similar device factory installed which helps me a lot. The Racker Jacker was a game changer! Super easy to install, exceptional fit and finish, excellent for different size hands (me XXL, wife medium) and there’s no interference with any of my holsters, most importantly my SafariLand Level 1 OWB 7 series. Definitely would recommend to others with same issues.

This is another high quality product from Milspin. I highly recommend it. However they sent me one for a G19, not the 43X. Be aware that this is a possibility as stated in another review. I will stick to ordering directly from Milspin in the future.

Ended up returning a racker I ordered for my G19. There were some cuts that did not follow the curved corners at the end of the slide, and I did not like that at all. I was apprehensive to purchase one for my G43X based on my previous results, but I'm glad I did. This racker fits like a glove without any gaps at all. Installation was a breeze. Can't believe how easy it is to rack the slide now; my wife is very pleased with the results. Can recommend 100% without hesitation for the G43X. Now for the G19, your mileage may vary.
