I can't blame anyone but myself, as dimensions are as specified in the entry, but it does seem small. Still, it's perfect to hang my Victorinox nail clippers, Civivi tweezers, and steel toothpicks off of a belt loop. The scalpel is slick, safe, and a useful accoutrement. The spring closure is strong and secure - I have 0 worries about losing my EDC gear. The case, (crummy) sticker, titanium bead and lanyard are totally superfluous. I would have been happy to pay $5 less and get it in cellophane, but whatever. I do not regret the purchase. It's functional and unique.
