Awesome product
Incredible product. Worth its weight in gold. Helps with your workout and more. The progression is amazing. Easy to assemble, easy to use. Can’t say enough good things about this product. 10 stars, 5 doesn’t do it justice.

Easy to use
Very easy to use. Very effective to maximize my pull up reps.

A little difficult to get used to and weight ratings are a bit misleading.
I was able to get a whole lot more reps in using these however the weight ratings are very questionable. What does a 50lbs assistance mean? I added all of the bands together and was still pulling them down at my own weight (180lbs). I would have thought that 200lbs of assistance meant the bands would hold the weight of 200lbs meaning if I wanted to get more reps in I would use 100 lbs of assistance and only be pulling 80 lbs of my own weight. Oh well but good thing I got the model with the most weight because even when using all bands together I was only doing 8 reps which was a good improvement from 3 reps but not as much as I was hoping for. The quality is a little sketchy but I trusted them and they seem to hold out ok so I assume they’ll last quite a while. The pull is quite awkward because it makes your feet want to go forward so you have to fight it on that part but once you get the hang of it, it seems to work well. I’d only recommend you invest in these if you want to focus on pull ups since they’re not much good at anything else however they’re better than having one long assistance band that might slip from your foot and smack you in the crotch potentially ending your bloodline.

sturdy
this is very sturdy and not too hard to assemble . make sure all screws are tight . Also assemble where you wish to leave it as it is large and hard to move . it holds me secure and i'm over 200 lbs

Dangerous defective product
I took the product to my gym and set it up exactly as described. I did 2 pull ups when suddently the sewn in portion of the upper band ripped apart, hitting my instructor on the hand and me on the abdomen. Highly defective for a 200 lb guy. I would not recommend!

Best one yet.
My last time that was sort of like this broke. This one is clearly built much better with more variable options. Very happy with it.

Weights are completely wrong
Resistance rating is completely wrong. My 40lb 3 years step on it with the 100lb band on and pulled it all the way to the floor. I weigh 190 and the 100lb plus the 125lb couldn't hold me.

Just not enough
Good product but it is not enough help for me. Trying to get strong again after a shoulder injury and rehab and I cannot do 1 unassisted pull up now. I bought these bands to guide me back to pull up glory. I’m 6’4” 250 lbs and even with 350 lbs of assistance bands on my pull up bar I can’t get one pull up. I thought with 350 on I’d be able to do 20 really easy ones. Nope!! So my only option I guess is to buy another set and see if another few bands will help me on my road to recovery. I’ve never used or needed band before so maybe my math ain’t mathing but if assume 350 lbs of assistance bands would be able to make it pretty easy to do pull ups.
