Great product. Definitely felt a difference at the gym.

without having a lab, I can't speak to the quality. it does give me that pump that i get from working out on other creatine product, so most likely it is what it says it is. It does not say where this is made in. fortunately i have no side effects from taking this which seems concerning based on other reviews. it does clump when mixing in, but I use an immersion blender for my protein shakes so not a problem for me.

It made me very sick. I even tried taking 1/2 dose, but still would get an extreme nausea, weakness, light-headedness, hypotension! ( no issues with BP or otherwise). Never had issues with taking creatine prior to this product. Very concerning side effects. I would strongly advice against using this profuct.

Please consider switching to methylfolate from folate not everyone can metabolize folate properly due to genetics.

I haven’t used this supplement long enough to speak to its overall effectiveness. I did find it to be flavorless, just as stated. However, it doesn’t dissolve. Perhaps it’s a better fit for thicker smoothies than water and hydration packets? It stayed cloudy in my drink and I had to stir it for every sip. It is a very very fine powder, this definitely makes it easier to drink and work with. Perhaps if I begin to notice it’s effects, I can look past the less than dissolved issue for the value.

Beware of product packaging. The product may be excellent however the packaging is horrible. The container is constructed of a lightweight paper product and the metal bottom had separated from the container in shipping cursing the product to come out. Seller need to find much better packaging. I was looking forward to trying this but I will not use what may now be contaminated product.

I’ve been using CreGAAtine and haven’t had any stomach issues at all, which is a big win for me. I can definitely see a slight “bloated” look in my muscles, likely from water retention, even though the product claims otherwise—so that part of the description might need updating. That said, I feel stronger and more pumped during workouts, and I appreciate the added cognitive boost it’s supposed to support. Just a heads-up: the listing still shows the smaller packs, so make sure you’re getting the right size when ordering.

Don’t buy this product, took one scoop and 20 minutes later I was so sick had to lay down with nausea and headache. You can’t return this crap and no refund. $65 down the toilet…. literally.
