After a long wait finally I got this blender. Honestly I am very happy of my purchase. Really super sturdy and efficient. I love the build, made to last. And does a fantastic job of blending and grinder. Quick and efficient. Worth the money for sure. Only point to note is that the jars aren’t dishwasher friendly. The jar capacity is also pretty good. Both the jars serve the purpose well. Seems a durable one. 2 years warranty is cool.

Build quality is good. The design is spill free. The grind speed and quality is great. Overall it was a good buy for the price it is offered.

Although I was very excited to use this product but I received the defective product it. Does not start at all even after so many attempts. Really disappointed that there is no option to call customer service of amazon it just takes you to AI page and again ask you to select option but no live agent comes on live chat or option to get a call back
