I bought the Atom Pro. They’ve basically rebranded a way cheaper product which itself is available for around 2k as the exact same product. That’s for the pricing and originality of the product itself. Now coming to the product, lots of games. Most load in very poor qualities. HD ones are slower than when played on Intel Celerio processors back in the day. Certain games don’t even load. Controllers are good enough but please don’t invest in this price tag. IT’S NOT WORTH IT. Way overpriced. Returning mine.

It was working fine for couple of months and one fine day it stopped working. My TV / PC could not detect the game console. There was no after sales support, I tried many times calling the no given on their website and on the box. There was no response.

Edit review here i had to replace the sd card as it wasn't working at all after few days of lagging. So customer support helped to get replacement done after few attempts on mail. The new game has better version and good graphics then earlier but Lagging issue still remains. I wont recommend bcox of all dat days my son cried for game when it wasn't working and when it went for replacement it wasted so many days after arriving. (Lagging from the first day. Customer service no support provided. After few days game got freeze. Not working at all. Not able to get response from customer service. Pathetic experience. Total money waste. Do not buy it. Though earlier it worked for first few days but it was slow. And suddenly it wasn't able to get connected even. After several try's it starts and then it freezes.

Got the Atom Pro, and it’s like reliving my childhood! Plugged it in, and my kid and I were playing GTA, God of War, Super Mario, Contra and a ton of retro games in no time. The quality is great, and it has over 20,000 games—so much variety! Had a small issue, but their customer support sorted it out super quickly. Loved sharing these classic games with my kid—brought back so many memories. If you want some family bonding time, this console is a winner!
