100% Maple Sugar with 100% maple flavor. We are maple syrup lovers and can't stand that our little diners only serve flavored corn syrup! Even though we are in the middle of the Northwoods and surrounded by hundreds of local sugar bushes, I will not order pancakes unless I have real maple - either sugar or syrup! This product has the real smell so you know it's the real thing. Nova Maple Sugar is great to carry on road trips, car camping or backpacking as it is shelf-stable, portable and requires no refrigeration. It is ground fine enough to be spooned or shaken on pancakes, waffles, oatmeal, buttered toast, granola, tea and everything else that wants a little sweetening. We ordered the 12 oz size, and I swear, it lasts longer than 2 qts of liquid syrup. A excellent product and a great value.

I am trying to get back to normal old fashioned food with less chemicals and preservative in my diet. I bought this to make maple and brown sugar oatmeal and pecan cookies. So far I have made 1 gallon jar of oatmeal and a dozen cookies. The taste is so wonderful and the texture blends well with the oatmeal and batter. A very good maple flavor. The powder is ease to mix into my baking and oatmeal. I found that it is cheaper to make maple oatmeal than buy it already made. I have more recipes I will be trying. The health benefits are already showing in my medical test. Excellent product.

Nice product with good taste. The stuff is partially hardened though. So now I have to find a way to soften up the sugar. Otherwise ok and good quality taste.

Bought this a while ago and wanted to wait to review it until I tried it and shared it here at the office. It’s a great product, high quality, taste great in coffee! Great value for money. I had read some reviews that complained about clumping but if you ever had real maple sugar, you’d understand that is bound to happen and can simply use a spoon or a fork stir for a good minute and it will become loose again. I recommend this for anyone that enjoys adding maple sugar to just about everything to sweeten up. I will be purchasing this on a regular basis.
