Say hello to Caprice
A good choice once you have familiarized with basic set + 2-3 data packs. On Corp side you get the taxing agenda NAPD (runner pays 4 to steal). Then there is Caprice which goes in most of my Jinteki decks. Quandary is a great low cost ETR for early game (at times even lasting till mid game, till the runner finds its decoder). On runner side there are couple of econ cards: burst econ through" Lucky find". if combined with Prepaid voicepads you can get 9 credits for free. Silencer and Dyson fractal provide recurring credits for using ice breakers. All in all this is one solid deck

A Fitting Conclusion to the Spin Cycle
We have to face the facts. The last pack before this one was a disappointment. While it had some solid cards, it probably also included some of the absolute worst cards in the game. I love Netrunner and have everything there is to get. But if you are just getting into the game, it definitely wasn’t at the top of the list of Packs you should buy. But what about the last one in the Spin Cycle? Is it strong? Is it a mandatory purchase? Let’s look at every single card in the pack to see if it was or not.*Broadcast Square (2) Neat and it sure won’t get much trashing. But I doubt you’ll ever have much reason to run it. Maybe in the future.*Caprice Nisei (5) Not the game breaking card she was proclaimed to be. But still super powerful. Caprice gives runners headaches like you wouldn’t believe. She can be a little tricky to rez if you don’t understand her timing (if you have an iceless server you need to rez her before the runner runs), but she can save you many times over.*Corporate Shuffle (3) Seems like this card could help you out of a jam. Issue is finding a card slot for it.*Dyson Fractal Generator (2.5) Once there is a sweet fracter “Dagger” then this card will be awesome.*Fall Guy (3) This card has good utility. Protects you while floating tags or can even net you credits.* Gyri Labyrinth (3) Another cool card with a nasty side effect. It’s odd it’s an HB card though and not Jinteki.*Hive (4.5) Whoa. Late game this sucks obviously. But early there is absolutely no ice breaker which breaks this effectively. None.*Lucky Find (4.5) Wow. This card rocks too! Talk about your bust econ! The art is the only thing I don’t love about this card. Add in a couple Prepaid VoicePads and you are making the sweet creds.*Marker (1) This is ok. But why wouldn’t you run Sensei over this piece of ice?*NAPD Contract (5) Remember how I said in an earlier review that I loved agendas that protect themselves? Bam! It is ridiculously taxing for the runner to steal this! Sure it does have the bad pub drawback, but that can be dealt with. Two thumbs to the roof on this one!*Paintbrush (1) I tried so hard to make this work in my Kit deck, but it just isn’t that good. It takes up 2 MU. But the worst thing about it is it says “rezzed piece of ice.” Maybe not having that would’ve made it overpowered. I’m not sure. But this card just isn’t good.*Power Nap (2.5) This card will eventually be good. Just because of the number of double events that will be released. But it’s not great yet.*Quandry (4) A perfectly priced and designed early ETR ice.*Queen’s Gambit (3) Ok, so why do I feel like I need to defend my 3 rating? I’m not saying the card is amazing or will fit into most builds. But it does have it’s niche. And it is a card that screams Anarch all the way.*Reclamation Order (4) This card is excellent for getting back your best cards. Works well in any corp deck.*Savior-Faire (2) Hard to rate this card. It’s not terrible or anything. But with the exception of a surprise Sneak Door Beta, I’m not really loving it.*Shinobi (3) Expensive! And not in faction with NBN which is a shame. But it can also win you games all by itself. So it’s a good card in my book.Silencer (3) The reason why Dagger gets ran in some criminal decks now. Although I have seen this card in Shaper as well.*Singularity (1) How often will this be useful? Not very often.*Witness Tampering (3) At first I saw this and thought how horrible. But I don’t think so now. In a GRNDL build this can actually be pretty game saving. Good flavor as well. And that artwork is creepy!Overall: This is one of the best Data Packs in the whole Spin Cycle. It has some standout cards! And it will really add to your game. I highly recommend picking this one up!

An excellent conclusion to the Spin Cycle.
Double Time is a great ending to the Spin Cycle of Android: Netrunner data packs. The majority of the new cards all have the potential to greatly enhance player decks. As with every data pack to precede it, there are a couple of cards that are pretty awful and will likely never see play. Well worth the purchase if you are any kind of an A:NR fan!
