Sealey 3 Tonne Low Profile Trolley Jack, Car Jack, with Rocket Lift - Green - 3040AG

This is a serious piece of equipment. I recently bought a 1997 Firebird and needed to get underneath, rustproofing, shock absorbers, lambda sensors, and so on. I've used other jacks before, but they were on the cheaper end of the scale, and the seals would always end up blowing, despite being rated at a fair amount above the weight of the cars. This is a 3 tonne lifter, and though the Firebird weighs only around 1.7 tonne at the kerb, I wanted something with a large safety margin. This jack does the job perfectly. The lift is very fast, as its a double piston jack, and also I find the extra long handle allows me to control the lowering of the car much, much more easily. It is gentle and responsive. I would recommend this piece of equipment to anyone wanting to work under their car. Obviously, be sure you also have wheel chocks and jack stands - good quality ones with pin locks, not those ratchet jobs that can fail without warning. I feel confident enough to get under my car with my jack stands and this beast under there. Read the instructions. Be sure you know what you are doing, use the right tools and the right equipment, use it safely, and you will be a happy customer. I certainly am.

Fantastic Jack. Large pad area and super low for a 3t jack. I have other trolley jack but this one if by far the best.

it maybe cost more then some other trolley jacks but wow its so powerfull when lifting car so solid and easy to use i did enjoyed working with this pretty good machine

This jack seems well made but it is a shame about the pad. It would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for that. Why put such a rubbish pad on an otherwise good jack. The jack itself lifts easily, quickly, with little effort and has a good controllable let down. It's nice and low to get under low cars etc. The wheels are just nylon rings around a cast metal wheel unlike my other jack which are all nylon but I can't really complain because the price was so good. Don't let these minor niggles put you off as it is very good overall and worth every penny and I am very hard to please. :)

Best jack I have had , looks great, great lift height and quiet when moving it around.
