Readings from a blood glucose meter (BGM) and your Stelo biosensor will not always be the same, and that’s normal. Stelo measures glucose in the interstitial fluid just under the skin, while a BGM measures glucose in a drop of blood.

Q: Where can I find support for Stelo product issues?

Product support and replacements are provided by Stelo. If you experience a product issue, request support through the app: tap Settings>Contact>Continue, select the message icon to chat with SteloBot, and follow the prompts for “Report an issue.”

Q: What does “Session Ended Early” mean?

This means your biosensor can't determine your glucose level. Follow these tips to help prevent it: apply the overpatch, keep it dry for the first 12 hours, gently pat it dry if it gets wet; if it peels, trim the edges and secure with medical tape.

Q: Why is my display device still “Searching for sensor” and not pairing?

Pairing your Stelo Glucose Biosensor with your smartphone or smart device usually takes less than 5 minutes. If it takes longer, try the troubleshooting tips available in the app by clicking “Help” when attempting to pair.
