Lymphatic Support Supplement, Lymphatic Drainage Supplements with with Dandelion, Burdock, Echinacea, Lemon & More, Lymph System Support for Men and Women – 60 Capsules

Have been using this supplement for more than a month but may need to take longer for full product evaluation. I have neuropathy in legs and feet that is severe and have had for over 2 years. After back surgeries seemed to get worse. Have trouble feeling my feet but have constant stabbing sensations and swelling with inflammation and skin darkening in ankles and feet. Being in a ballet company when younger feet took a beating. With toe shoes and mere lambs wool protecting my toes much of foot damage probably started as I result of the wear and tear. To complicate things I had Chrons since teenager and am now 70 with remaining inflammatory disease and back and spine fractures so far totaling over 15 in back and severe scoliosis. It had become difficult to walk or stand even after yrs of physical therapy. Coming from a science based education in college I started looking for possible help with GI issues and bone density. To summarize many of supplements from my Amazon shopping showed some improvements in my strength and overall health. My back and spine issues have not changed dramatically most likely since there is not a ton of things that help severe bone loss. Mine occurred because of meds in the 60s and 70s for inflammatory bowel disease which was limited to steroids and high doses because newer medicines were not offered yet. Now they are out there but due to my condition and damage the best doctors do not think it is safe for me or effective. I am happy that they are available to other patients that are best served by newer medicine. Back to lymphatic system I have had some success with reducing the effects of pain, swelling, and pins and needles night and day. I do not think I have been taking this supplement for long enough to be fair so will be updating if needed. I combine this supplement with lymphatic system oils with arnica etc. and topical creams. I use wooden massage tools for back, legs and feet. The combination of supplement and massage seems to at least make a difference and hopefully will continue. I did not have any side effects from this supplement or my topical oils and creams as well as the herbal teas offered on Amazon. I believe many of my lipomas under the skin began in years past and was told surgery was only answer but had enough surgery for now so I think some benefits of both supplements and massage with proper use are making a difference and hopefully will see more in months to come. I take zero meds now except Tylenol based and my supplements/vitamins. I am more alert and more energy to enjoy my music and friends. I feel blessed I can shop on Amazon and Whole Foods because otherwise to get all items delivered that I need or want I would have to employ a helper to do all my shopping and delivery which can get costly. If you are trying to decide about this supplement I have had zero bad effects and easy to swallow and digest. There is little I can take because of ongoing GI issues so if I have had no adverse effects with my numerous problems this supplement may be fine and helpful but everyone is different so good thing to compare with other customer feedback as well as your own history and physician advice. My medical team had no issues with me taking this or using the topical treatment through massage etc. and say they notice a positive change in my body, overall health and energy. I have noticed some change in energy levels and flexibility. Update- I am purchasing one more bottle of this helpful product. I am improving in some respects ie swelling but have way to go. I’m hopeful now and thankful for the ability to purchase vitamins and supplements that appear to be helping with overall health and healing and to be able to read all the helpful comments across the Amazon Community. Thanks for your posts and sharing your experiences. I know they have helped me along the way. I believe this product is helping with my ability to sleep a little better and have less swelling. More energy overall and less pain with physical therapy exercises. Is trying supplement for longer a good choice - I think for me it is clear. Anything that truly helps me feel healthier and happier just has to be worth it. I’m fortunate I can purchase items that help me and I don’t take that blessing for granted. I just turned 70 and hope to be able to volunteer someday soon at our Y and Senior Center so must keep getting better so I can get out and kick up my heels!
