All the reviews said to take 1hr before the activity on a empty stomach with water so did exactly that...took one pill with a pint of water on a empty stomach.. When the time arrived 1 HR later well 1hr 20mins to be exact let's just say billy smarts circus could of erected a impressive tent on this pole...and the pole stayed in place for the time needed. Definitely worth the money and no side effects..
