Busy Bee Honey, 80 Ounce

As an amaetuer mazer, this product is is consideredly better than expected. The honey was completely viscous with no damage to the packaging. Poured as expected and had a nice taste. It is not the sweetest honey I've had, and even had some nice floral notes on the back end. I don't know if it is the time of year (May in the eastern US) but it's incredibly fresh. The inner brewer in me believing it to be too good to be true diluted 1/4 cup of honey in 3/4 cup of water and the refractometer read 25brix on the nose - textbook 79.6% sugar content. Ive read reviews about this feeling fake and my four 5lb jugs are anything but. I've also read some comments about the honey turning to sugar but recommend simply sitting the jug in hot water (no more than 105° or you'll kill off some of the good properties I'd honey) until it can be poured more easily again. All honey can crystallize, but it's not bad and shouldn't be thrown away!

I was on the fence about ordering this because of mixed reviews, including that it is not all from the USA. However, it is a good value and the color is beautiful. I use honey in my coffee and this was great. Good flavor. Easy to transfer into a pretty glass jar. I would order again.

My husband uses it for his hot and iced tea. He says it is good especially for the price I have it on a subscription and it comes just as I need it to.

The honey arrived and I immediately used some in a stir fry. The quality of the honey is great, and the taste is amazing. If you enjoy cooking with honey, or adding it as your primary sweetener, than you will not go wrong with purchasing this honey. It was fresh, nicely packed, and of high quality. I will MOST definitely be buying this again once I run out.

Altho I hate having honey in plastic containers (my only "complaint"), I totally understand the necessity based on the large size I bought. Easy enough to transfer into 1lb glass Ball jars, which I did. The honey tastes great, and an excellent bargain - VERY happy & will order again - I use a LOT of honey!

I've had this honey on my subscribe-and-save for several months now. I prefer to sweeten my drinks with honey instead of sugar and this is my go-to honey. It has a rich earthy flavor that I absolutely love in a hot glass of water or tea.
