Works well, easy to use. Had an issue but their great customer service (Lucy) helped replace with an upgraded version quickly

Item stopped working after 5 used.

Worked very well for the first few weeks then stopped working within a month.

Be aware that the pod may potentially burn, which could pose a safety hazard!
At first, I was very pleased with the item, as it functioned well. However, within less than three months, the bottom part of the pod burned, and the item ceased to function. A replacement would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
