Incredible piece of kit! Love it!!
I have only had the Eufy E20 3 in 1 vacuum cleaner with the handheld stick for 24 hours, but so far it has been incredible. Setup was straightforward and I let the robot map the upstairs, which it did without any issues. It cleaned the carpets extremely well, far better than I expected. It picked up so much dirt and dust that the robot bin had to be emptied after we vacumed with a £500 dyson tao days ago which really shows how effective it is. The robot itself works brilliantly and feels very good value for money. The auto empty station is quite loud, but it is very effective and always collects everything properly, so the noise is worth it for the convenience. The stick vacuum works very well and is powerful, though I do wish it came with more accessories and a more upgraded roller brush to stop the tangling for handheld use. That said, it still performs well for everyday cleaning. Overall, despite the auto empty station being a bit noisy, this is an excellent vacuum system. The robot is effective, the cleaning performance is impressive, and it feels well worth the money. I am very happy with it so far.

Fantastic Robot Vac/Mop
Item purchased with my own money and I have not been provided with any incentives to provide this review. The eufy Omni C20, Robot Vacuum Cleaner/mop was purchased to make cleaning the house less of a constant chore. It felt like a relatively expensive purchase but having had in used most days its been a worthwhile purchase. The base station is a tad bulky and requires a flat location with some space around it. Once connected you fill the cold water tank with clean water and then use the Eufy app to map your rooms/property. This process was simple to do and you can set up 'No go' areas so that the Vac doesn't tumble down stairs or enter places you don't want it to do. The app allows you to schedule cleaning - this can be the entire mapped area, specific rooms or just specific areas. You can also choose to van only or vac and mop. If you have multi levels in your property you can add extra levels but this requires you to move the base station to clean the seperate floors and manually change the map level on the app. Cleaning is very efficient. Vacs tight spaces as long as the vac can get under tables / chairs etc. Has certainly kept our wooden flooring very clean since purchased and is set up to run when were aren't home. The app also advises on basic maintenance like claning the rolling brush but the base station will self empty the dust from the vac and clean and dry the mop pads. You just need to get rid of the dirty mop water regularly and fill the cold water tank. The app also advises when to replace certain parts or empty the dust collector. It provided instructions and videos on how to do all of these and appears very easy to do. Recommended.

A good machine which needs minimal human interaction
After having this product for approximately 3 months I'm able to give it a full review. On opening its well made and of good quality, nothing seems flimsy, very good packaging and instructions are simple ( there is also online assistance which is easy to find with the QR code) On set up it starts by mapping the whole area, make sure to move anything from the floor i.e cable and socks. You can set up the app easily and you will be able schedule cleans and do adhoc ones too you can adjust most of the cleans to your needs such as more or less water or turbo suction power or mopping upto the baseboards and you can also select the rooms that you would like it to clean. When it's moving around the room it's not exactly quiet but not too intrusive (we can still watch TV while it's on) it's positioning works well most of the time and it finds its way home with ease. The vacuum side of things works well it seems to get most of the bits up off of laminate flooring if you do notice some missed spots the chances are it will go back over them at some point. The mopping side of things is mainly why I chose this specific vacuum. The mops move rather than are stationary being passivley dragged after it. They do well and depending on how much water you select for them to use you can clearly see where it has been the mops automatically shut off when it reaches carpet or rugs. It auto empty from the machine into the bag in the stand. This is the noisiest part of the machine but doesn't last too long, it has an auto clean and dry system for your mops which is another factor for me purchasing this model as I didn't want to stale smell from wet mops left around. Maintenance You need to keep the water topped up (it's has a handy white/red light inside the water container so you can tell when it needs topping up or emptying the dirty water. I have used it for 3 months and have only needed to change the bag once so far it's a very simple process with no risk of dust getting anywhere other than the bag. When the machine eats something it shouldn't (inevitably a socks or hairband) You receive a notification to remove said object. Cons My main con is that it struggles with long hair (there is a lot of long hair in our house ) It collects it fine and while it professes to have an anti wrap system in place this doesn't work for us. I have to cut the hair off the rollers and also as the hair seems to go to the edge of the roller and twist itself around the bolts which hold the roller in place. You can dismantle this roller easily enough but it is a bit of a pain to do every week or so for me. But again our house is heavy on the long hair so we would have to do it for most vacuums.

Does it's job mostly
***Update April 2025*** So I've had eufy a while now and thought I'd give people more info on a couple of situations we've had. A couple weeks ago I got a notification saying the brush wheel was stuck on something (it's on while I'm out of the house in the morning) I got back and found it had hoovered up a tie, my children so lovingly left on the kitchen door handle, I thought it was going to be a pain to get out because it was wrapped in there good but no after a couple of unclips from the brush bar underneath it just fell out, was clipped back into place then happy. I then got another notification asking me to check the dustbin compartment for clogs, I reckon this was an after check from above, but I was surprised when I unclipped the dustbin (under the giant circle on top) and lifted out the filter there was no box to argue with it was just empty space so had it actually been clogged it would be so easy to unclog it! I also got my first notification to empty the dust bag today (I was surprised it really did do the 60days in our house - maybe a little over) so I got excited about testing out the hoover method - this did not work for me, the hoover nozzle was too big to fit in and even when I got it snuggly over the hole the cat fur kept clogging the hole. However I did manage to manually empty it by tipping it upside down over the bin and guiding all the fur out - and I'm so glad I did. First of all it didn't take long, maybe 5-10 minutes and secondly it had hoovered up sooo much it shouldn't have. I thought I was pretty good at clearing the floor before going to school so imagine my surprise when emptying the bag I found 4 hair clips, £2.20 in change and a fiver! No idea where eufy found these but had I thrown the bag away as intended I would literally be throwing money away 😅 just something to think about.... I then popped it back in and reset the bag on the app and so far seems to be working fine. I still stand by my initial review eufy is amazing and so far we've had no troubles that require customer service and it's even getting used to being on the carpet, I haven't had to nudge it in for a few weeks now ☺️ I will update further if I find out any other useful info. ****Original review*** Ok I've had this eufy about 3 weeks now so I feel fairly confident in writing about it's good and bad points. We live in a 2 up 2 down terraced house so not huge but reasonably big rooms. It hoovers amazingly, it's quieter than most robot hoovers, it even has a do not disturb schedule so when it emptys it won't wake you as that's a bit loud - but it has to be to suck all the rubbish out and only last 30secs or so. It picks up cat biscuits cat litter, crumbs and alot of fur. The mopping is good, we hate mopping kitchen it's alot of work with 3 cats and 2 kids so this was the main reason we bought it and after 2 months of not mopping kitchen I wasn't expecting much from this little guy - but too my surprise mopping once a day for 3 weeks has gradually cleaned the kitchen. Even the dried on sauce/gravy stains have been picked up and cleaned so I'm very impressed - just don't expect it to do it all in one go - it likes to chip away at it each time. We only use water btw we didn't bother with cleaning fluid. It maps quite well although there are a few areas it misses (for some reason there's a corner in the kitchen it refuses to do - this is where the cats eat so quite frustrating as that area needs doing every day but tbf I'd look at that area and say no thank you as well 😅) The scheduling works with or without the internet - we have the internet set to turn off at 8:30 am on school days so the kids know when it's time for school and this little guy is scheduled to clean at 8:35 even if I forget to turn the internet back on it's still cleaned by the time I get back from school). The dust bag must hold alot because our house is terrible for cat biscuits/cat food/cat fur/biscuits crumbs etc and after 21 days it still says it's got 1114 hours remaining - I've not tried manualling hoovering the bag to empty yet but I will once it's full and update to let you know how it goes. I've uploaded pictures from it's clean this morning so you can see how it does and the remaining accessory times after 21 days of cleaning once a day. The only problem I have with eufy is the corner in kitchen it refuses to do and returning to its base - although this one could be our fault we have it on a thick pile carpet in hallway but it's the only place we have for it and a little nudge in when it needs to clean the mop pads and it's happy again, after the initial morning nudge it seems to be fine returning to base so I think the carpet probably gets in the way but we don't mind giving it a helping hand, after all it does so much for us 😊 Haven't tried the multi map yet - this is something I'll try soon and update. TLDR: we haven't had to hoover downstairs since we got eufy or mop/sweep the kitchen floor - except the one corner it quite rightly refuses to do - and dustbag still not full after 21 days at once a day cleaning 😊 after doing downstairs on maximum suction, high water and 2x cleaning for each room battery is around 52% when finished. Oh and water light turns red if it needs topping up, but even this doesn't stop eufy it'll still clean just won't mop.

Simple to use and works really well.
I have owned the X8 Pro with SES for about 2 weeks now. This is my first robot vacuum. I find Anker/Eufy products are generally decent quality and value and this is no exception. The setup was very simple, the app is well made and has all the functionality you will need with a simple interface. The vacuum itself does a good job. On first use it sets out and finds the edges of all rooms to create a map. Once thats done the cleaning starts. It's not as powerful as my regular Shark vacuum but definitely good enough. I was impressed the vacuum was able to climb onto my shaggy rugs and clean them too, only once getting into a spot of bother when an upturned corner of the rug trapped it. I've only used the mopping feature once so far, but it was simple to set up and did a good job. The vacuum itself seems well built and should withstand a lot of use. It’s not very loud in operation but the self emptying station does make quite a racket for a few seconds whilst doing its thing. There is an option to disable self emptying at certain hours. I have found the SES to work really well and I’m pleased I opted for this, its would be a drag to have to manually empty the vacuum every few days. I have the vacuum scheduled to run 3 days per week when I’m at work. You have to make sure the floor is clear from any potential tangles or hazards before you set it off. Not a big deal. To come home from work to a fully vacuumed floor is a delight I have not yet become accustomed to! Overall I’m very pleased with this. You may still need the occasional regular vacuum, but to keep on top of cleaning it’s perfect.

Not as good as i had hoped for.
This is my second Eufy robot vacuum and i must say i am a little disappointed. Having the L60 and being happy i decided to upgrade and move the L60 upstairs. I have a large open plan living area and with good reviews i opted for the C20. Im not the greatest with tech and it took a while to set this up but it was fairly easy once i realised i needed to choose the different options for each room. I assumed it would know the difference and learnt quickly when it was mopping my carpet. The set up of the water function and general set up was good and relativity easy and the mapping function works great. Once id finished the set up and was happy choosing the options for each room (levels of water for mop and suction for vacuum) i ensure the floors were free of obstacles and set the C20 off. I was immediately concerned as close to the dock is a door runner and it immediately got stuck. I changed the suction to a lesser setting and again it got stuck. The surprised me as its thin and the L60 managed a thick pile rug before. I then checked the spec and was surprised to see that the C20 doesn't have the same climb, albeit its still close and should be able to handle a thin door runner. I decided to start again and change the settings choosing the lesser suction from the outset and again the door runner come out on top with the application telling me the C20 was not touching the ground. As i was still standing at the dock i could clearly see it was and the wheels would just spin on the rug which again surprised me. I decided to continue, removing the runner, using my normal hoover to do this part. The C20 then worked fine and left a nice clean carpet. The mopping function works fine leaving barely and residue on the floor. I have yet to try using more water and will do soon. The only other slight issue is when i watched the map as the vacuum was working it showed it to be quite some distance outside of the mapped area and would have been in another property. This doesn't affect the function or vacuum at all but id never had this on the L60 so surprised me. The only other gripe is the cleaning of the mops and drying is quite loud. This wouldn't stop me from purchasing but it does go on for some time and if you work from home or if its near an area you need peace it can be noisy. Overall its a decent bit of kit and does the job well but i would look closely at your areas for changes in height, thresholds and carpet edges as this may struggle. I'm not overly happy i still need my normal vacuum but cannot do without the runner at the door from my back garden. Unfortunately i opened the C20 on blue bin day and my partner got rid of all the boxes otherwise id be looking to return as its a lot of money to still need my regular vacuum.

Great little robot!
We've had this a couple of months now after adopting a particularly hairy dog. I love it, and it's saved me countless hours of vaccing and mopping. Setting it up is easy, you just need to clear as much of the floor as possible so it can accurately map your home. Don't worry if it doesn't go into every nook and cranny as it's still mapping and is surprisingly accurate. Once that's done you can set what you want it do in the app, from a full clean to selecting specific rooms, zones, or types of cleans. It's also easy to set no go zones, for example if there's an area with lots of wires etc. It's not as powerful as a proper vacuum but you can set the power level and whether it goes over the area once or twice or whether it uses more or less water on the mop and you can also set custom cleans. I find it works better if it vacs first and then mops instead of doing both at the same time but that's because my dog sheds an incredible amount of hair. In short I'm really pleased with it, it's much better than I expected and now I've got over just watching it doing it's thing can leave it while I get on with other stuff.

A Game-Changer with a Few Quirks – This Robot Cleaner is a Great Value!
I purchased this robot cleaner on Amazon Prime Day in July 2025 for £379. After one month of daily use, I can confidently say that this robot vacuum and mop has been a life-changer. Initial Impressions & Packaging: The product arrived well-protected in its original box, which was inside an outer cardboard box. The packaging was good, with all the components and the robot itself safely secured in plastic. Everything looked professional and ready to go. Key Features & Performance: This robot is a true game-changer. I no longer have to worry about cleaning up crumbs or food debris after cooking; I simply ask the robot to clean, and it handles the mess. The combination of vacuuming and mopping is a noticeable improvement over a standard vacuum. You can set the robot to clean a room once or twice, and choose between vacuuming only, mopping only, or a combination of both. The cleaning process is generally effective. The robot starts by cleaning the corners of the room before moving to the center in straight lines. However, I’ve noticed that the corner cleaning isn’t always perfect. I often find I have to use a broomstick to push debris from the corners into the path of the vacuum. This is especially frustrating since the robot only cleans the corners once, even if you set it to clean the room twice (which, in my experience, yields much better results). After cleaning, the robot returns to its home station, empties the dust bag, and cleans its mops. The process is a bit noisy but not bothersome. A significant point to note is that mopping is only possible on the floor where the home base is located. To mop another floor, you'd have to physically move the entire base station. This was an acceptable trade-off for me, as the multi-story mopping models were double the price. Be aware that after a few weeks, hair does get tangled in the vacuum's brush. My partner and I have long hair, and while we don't have pets, I estimate I'll need to turn the robot over and manually remove tangled hair every four weeks or so. It's a quick, three-minute task that ensures the vacuum's efficiency. Ease of Use & Setup: Setting up the robot was straightforward. You simply plug in the base station and fill the clean water tank. The robot then intelligently maps the entire floor. The mapping process works well, and you can even save up to three maps for different floors. However, the app can be a bit buggy. I've experienced issues like maps being deleted or room names not saving, which is annoying but doesn't completely hinder daily use. I also had to create two separate maps for my downstairs area because of a small step between the kitchen and conservatory that the robot couldn't navigate. Using the robot daily is a breeze. I frequently use Siri to give specific cleaning commands, like "Hey Siri, tell the robot to mop the living room," which is incredibly convenient. Design & Build Quality: This robot cleaner has a nice, modern design, although it doesn’t feel "premium." It’s made of good, sturdy plastic and feels well-built and durable. The one major issue I’ve encountered is a strong, foul smell coming from the dirty water tank after a couple of weeks of use. I’ve started adding mouthwash to the tank to help combat this, which does a decent job but doesn't completely eliminate the issue. Value for Money: At £379, I believe this robot vacuum offers excellent value for money. Despite some minor bugs and design issues, its overall performance is very good for its price range. Pros: Easy Setup: The initial setup and mapping process are very user-friendly. Convenience: The ability to schedule cleaning and use voice commands is a huge time-saver and a genuine life-changer. Effective Cleaning: The vacuum and mop combination gets the job done and makes a noticeable difference in daily cleanliness. Cons: Buggy App: The app for my iPhone 16 has some annoying bugs, like maps being deleted. Weak Suction: The suction power could be stronger. On my tiled floor, dirt sometimes gets stuck in the grout lines, and the vacuum isn't powerful enough to pull it out. Corner Cleaning: The robot’s corner cleaning is not always effective, and it only does it once per cleaning session. Smelly Tank: The dirty water tank develops a very unpleasant odor over time. Overall Recommendation & Star Rating: I would definitely recommend this robot cleaner. It’s a great product for anyone looking to simplify their cleaning routine without spending a fortune on a high-end model. It’s especially good for those with a busy lifestyle who want to maintain a consistently clean home with minimal effort. I give this product 4 out of 5 stars. It’s not a perfect machine; I still find myself having to do a small amount of manual cleaning about 10% of the time. However, for its price and the convenience it provides, it's an excellent purchase. I compare to buying a dishwasher after years of cleaning your dishes manually. Huge improvement in life quality for sure.
