Spring Valley - Prenatal, Multivitamin, Multimineral, 100 Tablets w. Folic Acid

This product has everything I need. I'm not pregnant but use it because of the ingredients. I have osteroporosis and it strengthens my bones. My doctor recently told me that I no longer need the Prolia shots 2X a year but must continue Vitamin D3, B viatmins and folic acid. It also strengthens hair and nails. I was looking for a capsule but found out they're all pill form. Checked several places before purchasing and they are lower than Walmart, Walgreens, CVS and Kroger.

I don’t notice a bad taste with these and I’ve had no issues while being pregnant!

This product is amazing!!! My OBGYN has recommend prenatal s for pre/during/post pregnancy, and as a continuation vitamin. It’s such a good vitamin for women to take. It’s part of my everyday regimen and I couldn’t be more satisfied with it. As a person who is allergic to all seafood, it’s a prenatal without fish oils (:

Folks will probably think I'm crazy being a man and taking Prenatal vitamins but I look at them more as a Hair, Skin and Nails vitamin. When I decided to let my hair grow long, a friend to me to take these and they would work to make my hair grow faster. It really did do the job as well as make my nails grow so I had to keep them trimmed quite a bit. That is my reason For a man taking Prenatals.

These are very affordable. Been taking them for about a week now and it has made me feel hungry. Which I don't like. But we'll see in a few weeks if passes.

I was so glad to find these vitamins because I had purchase them from the Walmart store a while ago but when I return to purchase more vitamins were a different color and the I read on the back of the label iodine was in the tablets which I'm allergic to. So I went online to purchase at Amazon and I was so excite to purchase the pink tablets again with no iodine even though it a few dollars more it was truly worth it.
