Good quality product for the the given price. Pros: Loved the easy to assemble manual and guide. Chair looks and feels premium. Vibrating back cushion. Strong and easy adjustments Cons: Sometimes at make a tick noise which is weird. Seat is hard, should have been a little soft for long time seating. Side handles gets loose over time, need to tighten it.
