Happy Viking does not need to be kept refrigerated prior to opening. That said, for best product quality, taste and enjoyment, we recommend serving cold. Once opened, please refrigerate.

Happy Viking contains all three BCAA's (leucine, isoleucine and valine) as well as the other 6 essential amino acids!

How do you prepare the shake is a blender required?

Hi Logan! All you need is an enclosed cup to shake the product with water or plant-based milk. If desired, you can blend with fruits, veggies, nut butters, and more, but this is not required to enjoy :)
