I only bought this Bee Venom Cream because a friend recommended it, and honestly I wasn’t expecting much — but it’s actually really good. The texture is smooth, not greasy, and absorbs quickly into the skin. I’ve been using it mainly on my knees and lower back, and I noticed a warming, easing sensation within a few minutes. After a few days of consistent use, the stiffness I usually feel first thing in the morning has noticeably reduced. It doesn’t have a strong smell either, which is a big plus compared to a lot of other muscle/joint creams. Obviously everyone’s different, but for me it definitely made a positive difference. For the price, I think it’s worth trying — especially if you’ve tried other creams with no luck. I’m actually glad my friend told me about it!

Daught got me this a a gift for my back pain. It works a bit like deep heat. As to pain relief, I am not sure as it certainly stings like a bee, so would keep your mind off the pain. I will finish the jar but I don't think I will be a return buyer.
