I really liked this tablet, not only because of its good performance, but because it comes with everything you need to start using it without spending extra. The screen looks clear and with vivid colors, ideal for reading, it helps me a lot to edit my videos. Something that I really loved is that it is very practical both for working with the included keyboard and for more relaxed use at home. The battery lasts quite well and doesn't feel heavy, so it's comfortable to carry. Its an ok tablet. For browsing and streaming its perfect! But it gets a little difficult when its used for productivity. I homeschool, and I mostly use it for lesson planning. The touching is not as sensitive as I would like. There are some spots, mostly the corners, where I have to tap on the screen a few times before it works. Switching between apps sometimes is a little slow. Sometimes the screen freezes and kicks me out of the app. And the tablet also gets a little hot. The speaker is pretty cool though. Its loud. Sometimes the sound stops for a second. But other than that, the speaker and the frame app is pretty cool. All in all, its an ok budget tablet.

I bought this tablet to use as a dedicated writing tool for a book I'm working on. The size is perfect for what I need, the price point was right on target, and the screen is bright and clear (great resolution!). I had an issue with the Bluetooth when I first got it - wouldn't stay on, and could not connect my Samsers BT keyboard. I contacted support and followed all their instructions but we were unable to resolve the issue. They authorized a return and sent me a UPS return shipping label, then told me to let them know when I had dropped it off at UPS, and once they saw that it was on the way back they would send a replacement tablet. I sent them an email the morning I dropped it off at UPS - and the replacement was on my doorstep the SAME DAY! The new one works flawlessly and I am very happy with it - but I am giving it the 5 stars because aside from the quality of the tablet, their customer service was absolutely first-class! It is rare these days to find a seller on Amazon that takes such good care of their customers! I would absolutely recommend this tablet to anyone looking for one in this class. I couldn't be happier!

An ok tablet and charger. Did not work for me since I couldn't pay it to any but a really cheap keyboard.

As a sub $100 tablet ( mine was $79) it is a perfectly functional device. It’s not terribly fast, has a minor lag on button press, but not to the point that’s it’s frustrating. It has some nice touches, certainly has a lot of accessories. I use it as a secondary tablet, particularly when I don’t want to risk my very expensive primary. The screen is good, bright, not the sharpest, it doesn’t stray into eye strain territory. I have had it for two weeks and it’s operating fine. Yes it does feel a bit warm when charging, but so do other tablets I own. WiFi and Bluetooth connected just fine. I added a card for increased storage, a bit clunky to use it but it works fine for files, pics, etc. You need to put this device into the proper context of use for the cost.

Out of the box, this tablet is so glitchy and choppy. Doing anything with this tablet is slow. For example, it takes about 5 seconds to bring up the settings screen. This doesn't have 14gb ram... it really only has 3gb. The remaining memory it claims to have is something called "smart storage" I use it to keep an eye on my security cameras. I wouldn't use this tablet for anything else.
