Sturdy, Beautiful, and Functional
This kitchen island is fantastic! Assembly was easy with clear instructions, taking about 1 hour or less. It’s very sturdy, and the wheels lock securely but had to buy some furniture rubber caster cup. The drawers are spacious, and it holds all my appliances. It really opened up my kitchen

Good Purchase Overall.
Good quality and very pretty. The kitchen island looks modern and sturdy. Even though it was a bit complicated to assemble and took longer than expected, it turned out perfect and matches my space really well. I’m satisfied with the purchase and feel it was worth it.

Very Pretty, but Extremely Difficult
I absolutely love the product, it fits well in my kitchen with tons of extra space for goodies along with extra counter space! With that being said, the process of putting it together was terrible. It took about 7 hours, with minimal help, I'll admit. The instructions weren't abundantly clear at times, and I didn't have all the screws I needed so I did have to improvise a bit. I do love the end product, and I found it very worth it & rewarding. Just don't expect an easy project.

Very well made but a lot of steps and a lot of pieces. You will need two people.
I warn you now there's about 50 steps but it's very nice . Very sturdy. Looks really nice. You will need two people there are some parts you can't do by yourself.

Function, great price, a great budget island until you can upgrade.
I started a mainstreet business and really needed a kitchenette area. This does the trick perfectly! The height, weight, and stability are fine for my purposes. But don't go into this purchase thinking its going to be heavy duty wood or hardware holes that are concealed. My wife doesn't like the look of it but it does the job I need it to do: hold trash can, hold espresso maker, hold microwave, store all the kitchen details away from client eyes, and it can roll out when I am hosting events. The assembly took about 2-3 hours and the instructions were great. I do love the USB port and outlets on top of mine. I use them all the time and they easily handle all the before mentioned appliances.

Really, REALLY nice island at any price
A forewarning - if you're not REALLY good at assembling flatpack, this will challenge you. I pride myself on being very good at flatpack and this took me over 3 hours and a host of tools. There are about 40 pieces and 20+ different types of screws and hardware. My advice - use a drill with adjustable torque and set it quite low so that you don't strip the screws, the material is definitely cheap particle board. Also, ditch the tiny included Phillips head for a wide flat screwdriver when it comes to the turn-and-lock fasteners. All of that said - this thing ROCKS! Very sturdy, looks GREAT, tons of storage. Drawers could be deeper. Soft-close cabinets feel great. The top is expansive, and the outlets are perfectly placed. More than stable enough to place our Kitchenaid on for pasta and breadmaking, rolling out doughs, etc. I probably wouldn't cut directly on it - the top isn't butcherblock, it's made like a door (hollow core). But it still feels plenty solid. I'm so impressed that this thing is only $250, I'd happily pay double. Many great meals will be made on ours. Highly, highly recommended!

Love this island!
I have had this island for about 9 months now and absolutely love it. It did take a few hours to put together but it has transformed the space in my kitchen. Great storage, great place for the kids to eat breakfast and do homework, and has been extremely durable so far!

Help create more storage and counter space.
The kitchen island is exactly what we were looking for. It fit well in our small kitchen and helped create more counter and storage space. The assembly took about 3 hours with 2 people helping with the build. Keeping in mind I'm 8 months pregnant so I handled reading instructions while my husband did all the heavy lifting. Directions were very clear and we ran into no problem while doing the build. The island is sturdy and well designed. I do recommend using wood glue when installing wooden dowels for extra stability if you don't plan on disassembling Island. The island did come with some minor scratches but nothing that really bothered us. It's still very functional and a nice looking island. We are happy with this purchase. I would recommend this product to family and friends.
