Been looking for a new foundation for awhile since my skin has become more dry and textured in my 30's. This foundation is perfect. Good coverage without being cakey and looks great mixed with the Elf brozing drops for a more sheer glow. Cruelty free and very affordable.

I know peops have been raving about this so I decided to try for myself in the hope I had found a replacement for my expensive foundation. I have light neutral skin so guess what I got- 'light neutral'. BUT Its a lot more orangey toned than I expected and oxidises down a bit further. I do however like the consistency and blendability and coverage and it goes on easy enough with fingers, brush or blender. I'll stick to my current foundation meantime till I can get to try on a few more shades.

best foundation and also cheapest i’ve ever used! looks so nice on my painfully dry skin and didn’t flake off at all even though my makeup normally always does that, will be buying again once i’ve ran out

Took a few times using this to appreciate what a great item this is. The first thing that threw me was the colour is a little darker on the skin than alternative foundations of same colour. However, it is actually the correct shade on my skin, feels lightweight although it is buildable for coverage and gives a lovely healthy sheen. Lasts several hours. Highly delighted with this product and value for money

Very disappointed again with an Elf foundation. I love their colour choices but the consistency and staying power is awful. The colour dried lighter than when put on and sinks into my pores and lines.I just can't seem to get away with their base products. I wish they would refomulate their foundations, I read a lot of other reviews saying exactly the same.

Really pleased with the coverage and texture of this foundation. I used to wear really pale foundation but I’ve tanned a lot with the hot weather so I went for a darker cover, it is slightly too dark but it’s passable. The foundation is light weight and covers the redness on my skin. I would recommend this product. Plus it was a fraction of the price of my previous brand.

Nice quality and coverage

I don't usually go for Elf foundation because I haven't had much luck in the past, and buying the wrong foundation can start to turn into an expensive mistake.Firstly I just wanted to add I'm 33, I have sensitive and dry skin, particularly around the cheeks and have some redness.The foundation was applied to clean, moisturised and primed skin, leaving a good amount of time between each layer of product and leaving 15 minutes after the primer for the foundation to be applied. When applying I used a warm damp beauty blender to help blend the foundation into the skin and I then applied the rest of my make up as normal.The foundation blended in like skin and felt extremely light weight, this is a buildable foundation and so if I wanted more coverage I could easily apply more. The foundation didn't set into any lines, nor did it cling onto any dry patches. I also loved how it left my skin with a slight glow. By the end of the day, my foundation hadnt separated or started to come off either so I felt it had good wear time.The colour match was very slightly off however with the summer months coming, I don't think it'll be an issue.I'll 100% be buying the foundation again!
