This cryo cuff arrived promptly. However on unpacking it, it was apparent that it needed a Chinese to English plug adapter . This was not stated in the product specifications and meant that one had to be sourced before I could use it. However once this was sorted, it is very comfortable to wear and does the job well. It’s important that the instructions are read and the cuff must not be over used as wearing it for too long at a time may cause skin issues. Generally a good product.

Really simple, but good product Works great. Love the timer option allowing for ice therapy and taking a rest time as it cycles. Or just use it on steady flow with 3 flow choices. The actual pad is designed for a knee, but it can be placed flat for a back, shoulder or hip easily adjusting around the body part treating. I used it for a hip and it worked great. I recommend using 6 frozen water bottles instead of ice. Just less messing and bottles last a full day. I work with athletes and no reason to spend crazy money, this product works great. Like anything else, take care of it. Empty it out , re freeze the bottles nightly and dry the cooler bag. Well worth the money.

I was worried that the soft bucket might feel flimsy, but it's actually pretty sturdy. No concerns about spilling or leaking. The Velcro straps are high quality, unlike cheaper ones that fray easily. It also comes with a cover which provides a snug fit on my knee. One key feature I needed was a remote for ON/OFF cycles, which many ice machines don't have. This remote easily sets cycles for 10, 20, or 30 minutes and automatically repeats the cycle if needed. I found that a 20-minute session followed by a 20-minute break worked well for me. After using it for several nights, I found it to be fairly quiet, easy to change ice, and with long enough cords and hoses to reach from the bed. Setting up the modes is simple, and the Velcro straps aren't too sticky. It's clear they understand what people need post-surgery and have put in the effort to make this ice machine user-friendly. Lastly, the price is quite affordable compared to other options with similar features. Definitely a five-star product—go for it!

I purchased this for a double knee replacement When I initially purchased this, I thought it was a hard sided cold therapy machine. Upon arrival, it is soft sided. Worked amazing the first two days and then I noticed it was starting to leak. Upon further investigation The return hose was stuck up against the pump inside, and therefore the pressure of the water was leaking out the top. A quick trim of about a half inch and the machine is back functioning as it should.
