SIXSIR Haute42 Leverless Controller U16

Other than the size and free art covers for this controller, there isnt much going on. The product came faulty with probably ba soldered leds that dont properly work and a screw on the left upper side of the controller being loose. The low switches are actually decent but some of them make different noises then the rest of the buttons. Buy r16 dont lose money over this.

This Haute42 U16 arcade controller is well made, and quite satisfying to play with. I'm mainly using it on a Windows 11 PC, but I also tested it out on both PS4 and PS5. On PC, I played a couple games through RetroArch: TMNT: Turtles in Time (SNES), and Double Dragon 3 (GEN). While I'm still getting used to leverless controllers, playing these games with this Haute42 U16 gave me pleasant arcade vibes. On PS4, I played JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle Royale R. I didn't have any trouble pulling off special moves, even with characters that I rarely use. Playing the same game on PS5 produced the same results. I also tried playing Dragon Ball FighterZ (PS5), but I couldn't get this controller to work with it. Keep in mind, when using a Haute42 controller on a PlayStation console, it will timeout after 8 minutes. However, you can get around this by using a Booter 5 or Brook Wingman adapter. I especially like the lightweight build of this Haute42 U16. It's very comfortable on the lap, making it perfect for long gaming sessions. The buttons all have a really nice feel to them too, and the surrounding RGB lighting effects look super cool. In addition, there is adequate space for me to rest my wrists during play. Lastly, the included art templates allow for effortless customization. In conclusion, this Haute42 U16 arcade controller checks all the boxes for me, and I highly recommend it!

The seller states it works for PS4/5. It does not! It doesnt have a PS button to start/connect with the console!!!!! Otherwise it looks good.

It’s nice how customizable this leverless controller is. I’m liking the rims around each button. The LED glow is just right and reminds me of a proper arcade machine. It’s cool that this leverless controller is compatible with all the major systems. It’s easy to program it through the web browser.
