AWESOME HEADSET
overall these are the best headphones i have for gaming and watching videos alike. the sound is amazing and honestly sometimes too much, the function is great allowing you to customize your sound and the connection is plug and play simplicity at its best. the battery life is okay as ling as you dont just sit in silence. i use a dedicated mic so i cant speak on that but id assume its the quality of a headest mic, but overall for the cost id buy it again.

Terrible iteration
Had high hopes for these but was really disappointed. The sound isn't great at all. The highs are way too bright, mids are pretty muted, and lows are non-existent. Playing with the EQ didn't really make it any better. The only reason you are buying this version is for the haptics. This is the worst version of it that Razer has made. Even on full strength it's barely noticeable. I've had headphones that rumble harder from bass alone than these things do with haptic drivers. Tried playing Battlefield 6 since it's Sensa compatible but I'm not sure if it was even working. Most gun shots didn't even activate the haptics. Grenades and riding in a tank would work but it was still really weak. Turning it to audio based haptics instead of game integrated was a bit better making more sounds activate the rumble, but the strength of the haptics is still the main issue. I'd return them from those two complaints alone, but that's not the reason I'm returning them. The battery won't charge at all and it's only usable when the headset is plugged into a power source. I'm trying to upgrade from the Nari Ultimates that are rotting away from so much use. Those have amazing sound and the haptics are far better. They aren't made anymore, but try to find those if you are buying for haptics. I'll likely just try to find some replacement parts instead of upgrading at all, they are that good.

Great headset
Just a great all around headset. I know some people get thrown off by the haptic feedback, but I don't like very loud bass, and this really is fantastic for gaming. It also has a quick low, medium, high button for the haptic as well. My previous Razer Haptic had a softer feel, and were overall more comfortable, but the haptic could be slightly overwhelming. Highly recommend these. When I fired my pulse lasers while playing Mechwarrior Clans I actually laughed out loud.

Rumble took a huge downgrade
I got this headset to finally replace my other Razer Nari Ultimate headset that fell to pieces after a few years. Such is the tradition of Razer Products. That headset had enough bad design choices to it that they had to stop selling the line entirely. But this review is about the Kraken V4 Pro. So far I've had it for seven months, and I'd say it's a pretty mid headset, not high end by any works of the imagination, likely not worth the price point it wants. I'll go over what's good about it, then go to the downsides. The build decent. It doesn't feel like the cheap plastic hinges that the Nari had. I expect it to last a bit longer. It's also relatively comfortable, I can wear it all day without comfort issues. The button placements are also rather decent and intuitive. The battery life lasts about a day of constant usage which is decent. The microphone is good quality. My friends tell me they can't really tell the difference between my headset and the professional desk mic I have. I also like that it can be put away within the headset. The RGB glow is decent. Probably the best in the Kraken series in terms of customization. Now the mids/bads. The sound quality is meh. The BASS doesn't really get anywhere near where it should even with the program sliders. It took me awhile to get used to the sounds like any new headset, but sometimes it still just doesn't feel right. YES the headset has the rumbles vibrations for the bass but they're severely downgraded from previous vibrations in the Kraken or Nari series. You don't really feel the vibrations anymore, you just hear loud rumbles that overtake any other sound. Currently there's a major software issue where the Razer software won't pickup that the headset is even connected so you have to unplug and replug the unit just to get it to notice that it's there. It'll still output sound but things like the microphone won't work. Some minor things, I don't like how I can't mute or change the voice that says "MIC OFF. MIC ON". I don't want my voice always going thru and the voice overpowers anything else that's going on. Ventilation is not great for the earmuffs. Causes the insides of my ears to get moist which isn't necessarily a good thing for ear health. Sometimes while plugged in, the power button just doesn't work. I have to unplug it for it to turn on. Overall it's an okay headset. I think Razer could have done much better for its flagship headset. I'm severely disappointed in the rumble being downgraded as that's the only real reason I continued down the line of Kraken as it's a really fun feature when it's integrated properly.

Great Headset!
The sound quality is excellent even with my Xbox with the AUX cord plug in. Down side is that it does not work with Xbox directly, have to use AUX cord to the controller. But I love the easy UI with the receiver. The dial works great, love the RBG on the headset and the OLED screen is nice and clear. I also really like the retractable microphone for using the headset for music or movies when I am not gaming. The haptics give the headphone a subwoofer feel when there is enough base. The comfort level I would rate 9/10 they are a bit heavy but they are at least comfortable for an over the ear headset. I would say it was worth the money. When I am using the headset for work, it has great range, I can use the simultaneous audio and listen to my phone music anywhere in the office building floor. I also am impressed with the battery life, most wireless equipment I have own dies after a few hours. With the haptics on medium, RBG at 50%-100% brightness, it last me about 15 hours of continuous use before dying on me and charging was super fast less than an hour to get back to above 50% battery life. Highly recommend. would buy again.

I've used many high-end headsets, but the Razer Kraken V4 Pro has truly redefined my expectations of what premium gaming audio should feel like. From build quality to immersive features—this headset is in a league of its own. It is definitely the best RGB gaming wireless headset. 🔊 Audio & Sound Quality – 10/10 The sound is incredibly crisp and clear, with powerful bass and razor-sharp highs. Whether I’m gaming, watching movies, or listening to Qur’an recitations, the audio is perfectly balanced. It delivers a studio-level soundstage that pulls you right into the moment. 🤯 Sensa HD Haptics – Immersion Like Never Before This is where the V4 Pro truly shines. The adjustable haptic feedback (Off, Low, Medium, High) makes you feel every explosion, every footstep, and every beat. On High, it’s like your headset is alive—but for longer sessions, I personally love Medium for the perfect balance between immersion and comfort. 🧠 Smart Design – OLED Control Hub The OLED Base Station is sleek, intuitive, and adds convenience with customizable audio settings and charging functionality. I love that I can use it for dual setups: Bluetooth for my laptop, AUX or USB-C for my PS5. Switching between systems is smooth and instant. 🧩 Versatility – One Headset, Many Uses Bluetooth for wireless music or meetings. AUX cable for direct console use (e.g., PS5 controller). USB-C to PC/Console for full-featured gaming (haptics, mic, surround). It’s compatible, flexible, and future-proof. 🎧 Comfort – Designed for Long Gaming Sessions The ear cushions are ultra-soft and breathable, even with long hours of wear. The build feels premium and lightweight yet solid. I often forget I’m even wearing them. 🎙️ Mic Quality – Clear & Natural The microphone delivers crystal-clear voice capture, whether I’m chatting on Discord or in-game. It cancels out background noise effortlessly and sounds natural. ✅ Why It’s Worth Every Penny: Unique haptics that no other headset truly offers this well. Multi-platform compatibility. Amazing audio performance out of the box. Razer's attention to design, utility, and comfort. No annoying dongles—just pure, clean, intelligent connectivity. 💯 Final Verdict: The Razer Kraken V4 Pro is more than just a headset—it's an experience. It's perfect for gamers, entrepreneaurs, content creators, students, and anyone who values audio excellence. Razer has truly delivered a next-gen headset that sets a new bar.

Don't bother guys. Seriously. I love razer and most of they're stuff and for that reason I thought I'd like these. They're terrible. I'd never thought I'd have an issue with "plug in and play" with a headset but they have complicated this to no end. I had them for a month and I couldn't haptics working properly and when they were, it wasn't worth it. The mic is absolute garbage, your friends will complain. Buy something else, leave don't support this BS
