These work just as well as the more expensive saline packs that I have used for years. I'm going to keep buying them.

They work just as well as the name brand Neil Med sinus rinse packets. Can't tell the difference. Very happy with saving $.

Bought these to use in NeilMed bottle, because it’s basically half the price for the amount of packets. They work well, but complete would be that it leaves a weird taste/smell in my mouth/nose, that the brand name NeilMed packets didn’t. Which is weird because it claims there is only sodium chloride and sodium bicarbonate in it just like the NeilMed ones and claims 99% USP grade purity, so if this is true I don’t know why it has more a distinct “taste”. Not really unpleasant, but just different. Other than that though, it works pretty much just as well as the NeilMed packets. Not a bad value if you want the convenience of not having to make the buffered saline yourself.

We live in a climate & part of the country that is challenging when you suffer from allergies of any sort. Neti pot rinses performed regularly help enormously in addressing breathed in airborne allergens. Since the ingredients are basically salt the packets are really a commodity. What is important to me are a few key factors and this works perfectly. Here are my desired specifications which were met: 1. Must be pure and safe for use in a neti pot. 2. The packet must be free from clumping and free flowing both for ease in pouring and to ensure even solubility when put into water. 3. Each packet should be of appropriate size for a single-use application in my neti pot. 4. The cost per application must be at least competitive with name brands, but ideally should be much lower. In this case the cost for my purchase is $0.08 per use, and $5.00 less than the name brand with the same number of packets - a big win! I compared these with another name brand and could find no difference whatsoever. Both dissolved the same in the same amount of time, the saline content subjectively seemed identical. I'll be using this brand going forward to save money.

Works better than the samples provide with the bottle. It doesn't burn.highly recommend!!!
